Some time ago I had the pleasure of announcing that I had been invited to take part in a Halloween-themed art show in a gallery in Australia. I sent several pieces at my expense, but never received payment for the one that sold. Now I discover that I will never receive payment, nor will the remaining pieces be returned to me. All attempts to communicate with the gallery owner have been met with silence. Many other artists have been similarly mistreated, as the article below details. Oops…
So I guess Grayson Fogg got so busy (I know, who isn’t?) he forgot to promote some recent pieces before posting them. I’m too tired to paraphrase him, so I’ll just quote directly:

Far from posting teaser images of soon-to-be-released pieces, and reminding visitors of the upcoming EHAG Emporium (which opened on the last day of September), I am only now getting to the former task, when it is a moot point for one of the pieces. A sculpted bust, “Spooked”, and a color portrait, “Bumble and Squeak”, were my offerings for this most recent Emporium. Although the former has already sold, I will nonetheless include images here (as Etsy removes images once the piece has sold), along with images of the portrait, which is still available. Too Late for One…

New Pieces
I just added three new pieces to my Etsy shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheAutumnlands?), with a new color piece coming on the 31st of this month, at the EHAG Emporium (http://ehagemporium.blogspot.com/). These pieces are smaller and simpler, making them more affordable for those looking for some spooky art without the usual fine art price tag. This will be an ongoing series, so be sure to check back for more updates.

Halloween is almost upon us, and with it, the Auguste Clown Gallery’s International Art Show. Judging from past shows, as well as the list of contributors, the exhibition promises to be no less than astounding. Anyone who can possibly attend should do their utmost to do so.
